Entry fees

BAWA Members: First entry: $30, with additional entries up to a max of five: $15

High School Students: Free

Small entries, table-top size: $15 each

Non-BAWA Members: First entry: $40 with additional entries up to a max of five: $20

Entries can be submitted up until April 23, 2026.

Filling Entry Forms earlier is better as it allows for better display planning.
The more information you can give us and the earlier you supply it the better.

If you do not want to send your Entry Form on-line pease print it out and bring to one of our meetings or forward as an email attachment to Laura Rhodes.

All entries are subject to acceptance by the Exhibit Coordinator.
